Shipping Methods
We offer two reliable shipping options for our commercial kitchen equipment:
Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes full tracking and insurance
- Recommended for time-sensitive commercial equipment needs
Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
- Ideal for non-urgent equipment orders
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International customers may be subject to customs fees which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following commercial foodservice items cannot be returned:
- Opened food containers
- Used chafing dishes
- Installed insect killers
- Any equipment with removed hygiene seals
- Custom-configured commercial appliances
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our commercial sales team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery. Use subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, item(s) for return, and reason.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll email return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 business days.
- Ship Your Return: Package item securely in original packaging with all accessories. Ship to provided address.
- Processing: We’ll inspect and process your refund/exchange within 5 business days of receiving the return.
Exchange Process
To exchange commercial kitchen equipment:
- Follow the standard return process, indicating you want an exchange
- Specify replacement item (must be of equal or greater value)
- If new item costs more, you’ll pay the difference
- We’ll ship replacement once we receive your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). For expensive commercial equipment, we recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
Refund Information
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 5-10 business days after processing
- Bank Transfers: 7-14 business days
Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. International customers may incur non-refundable customs/duty fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective commercial equipment:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We’ll arrange replacement or refund at no additional cost
